Welcome to The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUCCC). Our mission is to save lives through innovative research designed to improve detection, treatment and prevention of cancer in its many forms. The OSUCCC is home to the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute - a 160+ bed hospital dedicated solely to cancer care. The OSUCCC is a network of six interdisciplinary programs and two developing programs comprising more than 240 members from 14 of the 18 colleges at OSU as well as affiliated institutions including the Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Further, we are 1 of only 40 institutions in the United States designated by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) as a "comprehensive" cancer center. Our commitment to innovative research has enabled the OSUCCC to make a strong impact on the world of cancer care.
