Welcome to the Microarray Shared Resource (MASR). MASR is a shared resource for the Comprehensive Cancer Center at the Ohio State University (OSUCCC), and offers comprehensive services, including:
-
mRNA transcriptional profiling,
-
microRNA/non-coding small RNA transcriptional profiling,
-
Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) genotyping,
-
Genomic DNA gain/loss detection on BAC CGH Array,
-
microRNA genomic gain/loss on oligo CGH array,
-
consultation,
-
RNA characterization,
-
microarray processing and data analysis.
Researchers can select which of these services shall be included in your microarray projects.
The MASR utilizes on both Affymetrix and In-house Custom Array Platforms. MASR provide services on all Affymetrix products and produce any custom oligo arrays you need to serve your projects. We invite you to browse these pages to see what we offer in terms of consultation, RNA characterization, microarray processing and data analysis. Click here to learn more about MASR . You'll find more specific information about our Affymetrix Gene Chips , RNA/DNA Quality and Custom MicroArrays .
